Sun Dried Heirloom Tomato Salt - Our Sun Dried Heirloom Tomato Sous Salt was inspired by a visit to our local Farmer’s Market. We have a wonderful farm here in Portola Valley that grows the most beautiful colors of heirloom tomatoes that are sun-dried parchment paper thin. Not only are they gorgeous but they are as sweet as tomato candy. This salt is infused with the Sun Dried Tomatoes, Celery Seed, Basil and Onion to produce a terrific salt with just a hint of complex sweetness.
Curry Salt - This is a beautiful blend of curry, turmeric, cardamon, cumin with a hint of garlic and shallot infused into an applewood smoked salt. This particular blend similar to our Smoked Paprika is lighter on the grey salt mix. So you can use it more generously for a rub or to make a true curry. The recipes on our web site reflect that. This blend is wonderful sprinkled on roasted vegetables, grilled fish, broiled chicken and wonderful in marinades and sauces.
